Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and mentor medical assistants (MAs) – Ensure clinic operations run smoothly – Assist with patient care (EKGs, phlebotomy, etc.) – Maintain compliance with NYU Langone policies – Optimize patient flow and scheduling – Drive key initiatives like MIPS and MyChart utilization
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree required – Completion of Medical Assistant program or certification – Minimum 2 years of MA experience – Proficiency in EKGs, venipuncture, and medical insurance rules – Bilingual Russian preferred
