Requirements:
Candidates must have completed their high school diploma or graduation.
1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service.
Basic computer skills are a must, and you must know MS Office, Internet Explorer/Chrome, and 10-key typing (tests will be taken!).

Training Period:
Those who are selected will be given 3 weeks of training:
- First week: Virtual training on Microsoft Teams, will learn systems and tools.
- Second two weeks: Will handle live calls under the supervision of the trainer.
- Last week: Advanced training on complex cases and tips for better performance.
