Allies in Cancer Care is inviting applications for remote product reviewers and app testers to help test digital apps and write product reviews. You don’t need a college degree or even prior experience. All you need to apply is general Internet experience and basic computer skills.
You will test a variety of new products, review mobile and web apps, and then provide your honest feedback all from the comfort of your home. You will also assist customers with chatting online and helping them with their questions.
Pay: $25 - $35/hour (based on location and performance)
Work Type: Remote (Work From Home)
Work Hours: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time)
Live Chat Support: Help users through a live chat by answering questions and handling issues.
Share Feedback: Give open and honest feedback and opinions to help improve.
Help Customers: Assist with how-to use product and basic issues.
Follow Up: Follow-up with customers where there are any open situations if needed.
Be Professional: Always act and treat the customer following your company's policy while being friendly and helpful.
- No experience needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic technology experience using the internet and/or applications.
- Strong writing communication skills.
- A quiet work area and good network for stable internet.
- Self-motivated and able to work alone.
- High hourly pay! $25–$35 an hour depending on experience, experience is not needed.
