TechEase Solutions is a fast-growing tech support company that provides IT and software solutions to customers. We need a remote customer support representative who solves the problems of the customers and gives them the best service.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handling product and service-related issues.
  • Resolving customer complaints and giving them the best solutions.
  • Enter and maintain data in the company's internal CRM system.
  • Timely follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent (plus point if Bachelor's).
  2. If customer service experience is good, freshers can also apply.
  3. Strong communication skills (English fluency is important).
  4. Must have basic computer and typing skills.
  5. Multitasking and problem-solving skills should be strong.
  6. Internet and home office must be set up.
