Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Handling product and service-related issues.
- Resolving customer complaints and giving them the best solutions.
- Enter and maintain data in the company's internal CRM system.
- Timely follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (plus point if Bachelor's).
- If customer service experience is good, freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication skills (English fluency is important).
- Must have basic computer and typing skills.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills should be strong.
- Internet and home office must be set up.
