Job Role:

Conduct initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases according to intercal guidelines. Analyse care plans in collaboration with hospital doctors and nurses. Collaborate with medical directors to ensure timely discharge and safe transition of patients. Find solutions and suggest alternate care options if there are treatment delays. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
